1. Scope

These Terms apply to the UniqueFlow Studio website, the UniqueFlow Studio Pro installer and software license, updates, and related activation services. By purchasing, installing, or using the software, you agree to these Terms.

If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Product

UniqueFlow Studio Pro is downloadable Windows software for automated video editing, music and scene analysis, video and photo enhancement, smart reframing, and variant export. The primary processing of user media runs locally on the customer's computer.

The features, system requirements, price, and license type that apply to a purchase are shown on the product and pricing page at checkout.

3. License

After confirmed payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one user to use one copy of the software on one computer unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

• A monthly license remains active while the subscription is paid and renews automatically until canceled.
• A lifetime license provides continued access to the purchased version without recurring fees. Future major paid versions may be sold separately.
• You may not resell, transfer, publish, or distribute the software, installer, or license key, or bypass license controls.
• You may not use the software to violate law, third-party rights, deceive people, or obtain unauthorized access to content.

4. Your media and responsibility

You retain your rights in source and output media. You must use only media that you own or are authorized to process and publish, with all required permissions and consents. UniqueFlow Studio does not grant rights to music, video, images, trademarks, or external accounts.

You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for compliance with applicable law and the rules of the destination platform.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates applicable taxes, issues payment documents, and provides secure subscription management.

A monthly subscription renews automatically at the price displayed at checkout until canceled. Future renewals can be canceled through the secure Paddle link in the purchase email or by contacting support. Access continues through the already paid billing period.

6. Refunds

Purchases are covered by the 14-day policy described on our Refund Policy page. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Activation, updates, and availability

Initial activation requires internet access. The software may periodically verify license status. Temporary unavailability of network access, Paddle, GitHub, or Cloudflare may delay purchase, download, activation, or updates.

We may issue fixes and updates or change or discontinue individual features for technical, legal, or security reasons. We aim to preserve compatibility but do not guarantee operation on unsupported or modified Windows systems.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The software is provided as available. We do not promise that every automated edit will match subjective expectations or third-party platform requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product during the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

A license may be suspended or revoked following a refund, chargeback, fraud, license sharing, circumvention of licensing, or a material breach of these Terms. Contact support if you believe a block was made in error.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date on this page. Material changes apply to future use and do not remove rights that have already arisen.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the provider's place of establishment, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through support.
